Nagina MP Chandra Shekhar Azad was confined to his Bijnor residence for several hours by police to prevent the launch of his statewide “Satta parivartan yatra “In a separate recent event , he was detained at a guest house in Seohara ,Bijnor, for trying to meet the family of a dalit victim following village clashes.
